Key Staff

Quest's staff have been working with labor unions, benefit funds, and public and private organizations for over three decades.

Our staff are skilled in a wide range of technologies, including application development in multiple languages and tools (Borland Delphi, Progress, Visual Basic, HTML, JavaScript, T-SQL, RPG, SQL Server, Flash, Dreamweaver, and many others), database design, web design, technical writing, desktop publishing, and more. Our professional staff is supplemented by customer service, data entry, clerical, and other support staff.

Corporate Management
	C. Jeffrey Mason is President. Jeff acts as the chief executive officer and manages the operations of the company. Jeff has worked with labor unions and benefit funds in the U.S. and Canada since 1968.
	Jeff Mason Jr. is Secretary/Treasurer. Jeff has been with Leader since 1997. He manages the Human Resources and Business Departments and is involved in corporate management. Jeff is also working on security and privacy issues related to the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) that affect both Quest and Leader.
	George Schneider is Executive Vice President. George has been with Leader for over 30 years and works in business development and corporate management. George began working with labor systems in 1971.
Senior Consultants
	Mike Grenard is a Quest Sales Consultant and actively works in business development. Mike has actively worked with benefit funds and labor unions for 35 years. Mike presently has over 100 union clients that he services through his form management company.
	Anthony Cusano brings the benefit administration knowledge to Quest. He is former Administrator for a multi-employer fund. Mr. Cusano is a member of the International Foundation of Employee Benefit Plans (IFEBP) and Vice President of the Association of Benefit Administrators (ABA) in the northeastern United States. He is also a past President of the New Jersey Chapter of the CEBS.
	Marty Delehanty is the Director of Union/Benefit Systems. An employee since 1982, Marty is involved in project design and the advancement of new technology solutions. Marty has worked with small labor unions and large, including an internationally recognized labor union representing 250,000 members. Currently he is setting up new state accounts and transitioning mature mainframe applications to a SQL Server/ Windows® and web interface. He is also responsible for the support and development of Quest customer accounts and leads a staff of eight programmers.
